ELMHURST- Looking to give the gift of time to a good cause? Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare (EMHC) is currently looking for volunteers to work in their retails shops-The Rose Tree Gift Shop at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, the Essence of Rose Tree at the Elmhurst Memorial Center for Health and the Pink Elephant Resale Shop located in downtown Elmhurst.

"Our shops are wonderful places to volunteer as they allow flexible hours and an array of responsibilities,” noted Gayle McClain, Manager of the Rose Tree Gift Shop. “It is a rewarding experience as all proceeds from the shops are used to support projects and programs at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare."

An orientation specifically for volunteers interested in working in one of the retail shops will be held on Monday, September 25, 2006 from 1-4 pm at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, in Classroom C on the 5th Floor. Please call Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Volunteer Services at (630) 833-1400, extension 41095 to register for this orientation session or for more information about volunteering.
