Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare presents "Digest This: The GI Series"

ELMHURST - It is estimated that 60 to 70 million Americans are affected by digestive diseases and many go undiagnosed or untreated. Learn more about the complex digestive system and its special medical concerns at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare’s three-part educational series, “Digest This: The GI Series.”

Each program will include a light dinner buffet, health displays, a presentation or cooking demo by a registered dietitian, and a presentation by a board-certified physician.

A cooking demo will highlight recipe alterations. Dr. Lynch will present new advancements in treatment of this condition. Displays will feature stress management techniques.
