Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare welcomes new Vice President of Human Resources

ELMHURST — Lois Grubb recently joined the Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare (EMHC) staff, assuming the responsibilities of vice president of Human Resources. Prior to joining EMHC, Grubb served as senior vice president of human resources for PharMerica, a major pharmaceutical distributor. During her time there, she re-focused Human Resources on strategic issues, such as recruitment, retention, employee development and succession planning.
"Lois has a great deal of experience in recruiting and retaining very talented employees," EMHC President/CEO Leo Fronza said. "As we plan for the new campus at the corner of York and Roosevelt roads in Elmhurst, she will help our team ensure that we not only provide an ideal experience for patients, but also a work environment that allows our employees to do their best."
Grubb has a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology from Immaculata College and Temple University in Pennsylvania. She is also certified in finance by the Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
