ELMHURST – The 14th annual Elmhurst Memorial Golf Classic will take place on Monday, June 4 at the River Forest Country Club in Elmhurst. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit programs and services provided at the new Elmhurst Memorial Addison Health Center, which is scheduled to open this summer. The 55,000-square-foot, three-story medical building will include immediate care/occupational health services, physician office suites, clinical laboratory services and a full complement of radiology services.
The event includes lunch, golf and a decadent hors d’oeuvres reception following play at the River Forest Country Club. In addition, the day will include a raffle, silent auction and golf prizes. All levels of golfers are welcome, with a scramble format as an option for all participants.
Individual spots are available for $450 per golfer and $1,800 per foursome. A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available as well. For more information on available sponsorship opportunities and golf registration, please contact the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation at (331) 221-0388 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Founded in 1980, the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation was formed to raise funds to support the Hospital’s programs and facilities. Through fundraising events and donations in the forms of cash, gifts in-kind and planned gifts, the people of Elmhurst have shown extraordinary commitment to Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare. And because of that generosity, our families, neighbors and friends fare better. Our new Hospital opened in June 2011. The Main Campus allows us to reflect and humanize the latest advances in healthcare. It helps us retain top talent in every field. It grants us the flexibility to embrace new technologies and new ways to care for patients – and grow as our communities grow. Find out more about how to get involved as we recognize our exceptional past and look forward to our extraordinary future.
