EMHC to host "Discussions in Chronic Illness and End of Life Care"

ELMHURST –  Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare invites you to attend a free presentation and panel discussion about an important, yet sometimes difficult topic to discuss. During Discussions in Chronic Illness and End of Life Care, our experts will talk about the difference between Palliative and Hospice care and touch on such issues as: managing the symptoms of chronic illness and at end of life, the dying process, nutrition, advance directives, spiritual needs of the dying and more.

This seminar will be held on April 17 at the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Main Campus in the Maple Room. Registration begins at 6 p.m. and event goes from 6:30-8:30 p.m.. Refreshments will be provided.
