ELMHURST – In celebration of American Heart Month, Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare has partnered with Cafe Amano Eurocafe in Elmhurst to offer you the opportunity to enjoy a heart-healthy three-course meal. One of our dietitians will be present to introduce each course and give you some tips on how to order a heart-healthy meal anywhere. In addition, a physician on the EMH Medical Staff will speak.
Please plan on joining us on one or both of the following dates:
When: 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 28
Where: Cafe Amano Eurocafe, $20
Michael Brottman, M.D., a cardiologist with Midwest Heart Specialists and member of the EMH Medical Staff will present "Success for Failure," causes, symptoms and innovative treatment options for heart failure.
When: 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 29
Where: Cafe Amano Eurocafe, $20
Eric Gabriel, M.D., an internal medicine physician with the Elmhurst Memorial Elmhurst Clinic and member of the EMH Medical Staff will present, "Diabetes and Your Heart Health."
