Annual Report Card to the Community
Our annual Report Card to the Community does more than just review our most recent financial performance. It shows how we are continuing our commitment to the communities we serve. The report highlights key findings from our performance, including:
- Where we stand relative to national quality healthcare standards
- What our patients think of the job we're doing
- The positive impact we have in the community through classes, partnerships and helping those in need

Community Benefits Report
The state of Illinois requires hospitals to file a community benefit report each year and specifies the areas of data that need to be provided. We annually publish our Community Benefits Report, detailing how we are achieving our goal of improving the health of the communities we serve.
The millions of dollars in benefits that we provide each year include a generous financial assistance policy that exceeds standards recommended by the Illinois Hospital Association, a wide variety of community education programs and events offered throughout the year, and language assistance for patients and their families requiring translation services.
