The physicians who participate in the complimentary referral service are independent members of the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Medical Staff. They are not employees of Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare. Physicians are referred to you based on your needs and preferences. When you call the physician's office, please confirm your insurance coverage and confirm with your insurance carrier that the physician and Hospital are on your plan.
