Simply enter some general demographic information, the type of outpatient test being requested and some basic personal data. From there, select preferences for the time, day and location that are most convenient. (Availability varies based on the type of test request.) You will receive a call from our Central Scheduling within 24 hours or the next business day to confirm the appointment.

We also offer you the opportunity to be fully prepared for your test by allowing you to view and print detailed instructions about your test or procedure.
