The LifePlan Center includes an Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Program and a Pediatric Rehabilitation Program offered by Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare on-site at Courts Plus Fitness Center.

The Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Program serves the rehabilitative needs of any individual with an orthopedic or sports-related injury. Emphasis is placed on reducing pain, decreasing swelling, increasing muscular strength and joint range of motion, and returning the patient to the maximum functioning level.
