LifePlan Center at Courts Plus
The LifePlan Center includes an Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Program and a Pediatric Rehabilitation Program offered by Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare on-site at Courts Plus Fitness Center.
The Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Program serves the rehabilitative needs of any individual with an orthopedic or sports-related injury. Emphasis is placed on reducing pain, decreasing swelling, increasing muscular strength and joint range of motion,and returning the patient to the maximum functioning level.
The Pediatric Rehabilitation Program includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists and physical therapists who provide therapy to children from ages birth and up. Therapists use an interdisciplinary team approach. When a child receives multiple therapies, the therapists work together to coordinate treatment plans and family education.

- seizure disorders
- hypotonia
- sensory integration difficulties
- brachial plexus injuries
- oral motor dysfunction/apraxia
- motor apraxia
- swallowing disorders
