Professionals Program: Dual Diagnosis and Psychiatric Treatment Services
The Professionals Program is a specialized, intensive day treatment with therapeutic living residences designed to address the psychiatric and/or chemical dependency issues of physicians, nurses, attorneys, and others who have the potential to function at a high level. The goal of treatment is to assist clients in addressing the obstacles that have interfered with their capacity to function due to chemical dependency/abuse, mood, anxiety, and/or personality disorders. A unique feature of this program is the utilization of a Values Based Model which serves as the foundation for cognitive behavioral and insight oriented therapies and supports the 12-Step Recovery Model. Upon successful completion of treatment, the Program provides advocacy for the clients return to work.
Fitness for Duty Assessment
Fitness for Duty Assessment is a separate service consisting of a comprehensive, multidisciplinary evaluation of all facets of the professional’s life including obtaining collateral data. The process is synthesized in a written report with recommendations.
