HeartAware Screening

In just five minutes, you can assess your heart health and determine steps to take if you’re at risk. While you’re there, also see if you’re at an increased risk for a stroke. The assessments are free and confidential — and could save your life. Simply visit www.emhc.org/HealthAware.

BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers

Date/Time: 6–10 pm, Mondays, August 18, September 22, October 20,

Price: $55

This American Heart Association (AHA) course is designed for healthcare professionals that require basic life support skills. Upon successful completion, students receive a Healthcare Provider certification card valid for two years.

Heartsaver CPR/AED

Date/Time: 6–10 pm, Mondays, August 11, Septmber 15, October 13,
November 10, December 15
Location: Elmhurst Memorial Lombard Health Center
Price: $55

This AHA course is designed for the lay provider who requires certification in CPR. Upon successful completion, students receive a Heartsaver certification card valid for two years.
