Emergency Department
As a Level II Trauma Center, our board-certified emergency medicine physicians and nurses who are specially trained in cardiac life support are prepared to quickly and effectively treat all types of emergencies. That's what you expect from an emergency department. What you may not expect is the privacy and convenience afforded by individual rooms instead of typical curtain-separated bays. Each room is fully private and furnished with amenities like a restroom and flat screen TV to provide emergency care in an environment that is designed to both soothe and heal.
Our Emergency Department also includes decentralized nurses' stations to ensure caregivers — as well as the supplies and equipment they need — are just steps away.
We are an Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics and have taken the concept to the next level with a special area set aside to expedite treatment and focus on the unique needs of children. Our Pediatrics inpatient unit is just steps away and caregivers have been cross-trained to staff both areas.
