Elmhurst Memorial Home Health is a state-licensed, Medicare-certified agency that is accredited by the Joint Commission. We are a member of the Illinois Home Care Council and were recently included on the HomeCare Elite list of top agencies in the nation. The HomeCare Elite is a compilation that recognizes the most successful Medicare-certified home health care providers in the United States. This annual review lists the top 25 percent of agencies and the top 100 and 500 agencies overall.
