Occupational Health:Employee Assistance Programs
Sometimes employees’ personal problems can harm job performance and affect fellow co-workers. During trying times, it’s heartening to know that we have licensed, experienced therapists who can help employees identify their problems and find constructive ways to cope with their situations. And it’s important to recognize the role that a successful Employee Assistance Program has in minimizing disability and healthcare claims, reducing absenteeism and increasing productivity.
All of our social workers and therapists are licensed master's level clinicians who are dedicated to providing respectful, confidential treatment. All services are provided under the supervision of a medical director.
